In 2024 me and my partner toured Vietnam starting in Hanoi in the North and Ending in Ho-Chi Minh City to South. One of the highlights of the trip is the strong Coffee Culture Vietnam has. Myself being a coffee enthusiast and myself a home barista myself its been a treat when I am craving a coffee. Mix of Third Wave / Speciality Coffee places, franchise and mom + pop corner cafes serving arabica and unique to Vientam Robusta Beans. A low acidic more bitter coffee blend that happens to be cultivated primarily in Vietnam.
Before going to Ho Chi Minh we traveled through Da Lat to check out the central highland town and more importantly to visit a Coffee Plantation joining Elon Farm on a Agrotourism tour over a day and a half.
DAY 1
Day 1 with Elon Farm was spent learning about the Farm, the Phin Process, How Beans are Prepared, Sorted and Roasted
